Eighth grade students at Bankhead Middle School participated in the school’s first Living Wax Museum on Thursday. The museum included more than 80 historical figures who delivered a 1- to 2-minute speech after visitors paid a quarter to make them come to life. Students began working on the project two weeks before Thanksgiving and researched three figures before selecting one to portray. The museum was organized by BMS teacher LeAnn Hood and librarian Jeannie Weaver. more
