Banners have been on display in Arley to honor area veterans. Numerous posts line town roads, each displaying two veterans banners and an American flag. The Arley Women's Club organized the effort and give credit to "banner lady" and AWC member Juanita Culler for spearheading the tribute. The banners will have a biannual display in the town of Arley.
