NOTICE OF FORECLOSURE Default having been made in the payment of the indebtedness secured by that certain mortgage dated May 31, 2007, executed by William Gary Scott and Brenda A. Scott, husband and wife, to JPMorgan Chase Bank, N.A., which mortgage was recorded on June 7, 2007, in DML Book 2080, Page 468, of the mortgage records in the Office of the Judge of Probate of Walker County, Alabama, the undersigned has elected to declare the entire indebtedness secured by the said mortgage to be due and payable as provided in said mortgage, and notice is hereby given that pursuant to law and the power of sale contained in said mortgage, the undersigned will sell at public outcry, to the highest bidder for cash, in front of the Main entrance to the Walker County Courthouse at Jasper, Alabama, during the legal hours of sale on July 17, 2012, the following described real estate, situated in Walker County, Alabama, to-wit: A parcel of property in the NW Quarter of the SE Quarter and the NE Quarter of the SW Quarter, Section 21, Township 14 South, Range 4 West, more particularly described as follows: Begin at NW corner of the NW Quarter of the SE Quarter and run East 580 feet; thence South 315 feet; thence West 580 feet; thence South along the West line of said forty to a point of intersection with the East line Cobb Lane; thence Northwesterly along the East line of Cobb Lane to point of intersection with the South line of York Mountain Road; thence East along South line of York Mountain Road a distance of 130 feet, more or less to point of beginning. Less except: Commence at the NW corner of the N Quarter of the SE Quarter of Section 21, Township 14 South, Range 4 West; Walker County, Alabama, and run South along the Quarter section line a distance of 39.50 feet to the Southern right of way boundary of York Mountain Road, said road having a 50 feet right of way; thence left an angle of 88 degrees 33 minutes 28 seconds and run Easterly along said road right of way a distance of 440.01 feet for the point of beginning; thence continue along last stated course a distance 150.0 feet; thence right an angle of 88 degrees 33 minutes 26 seconds and leaving said road right of way run Southerly a distance of 274.79 feet; thence right an angle of 91 degrees 22 minutes 26 seconds and run westerly a distance of 150.0 feet; thence right an angle of 88 degrees 37 minutes 37 seconds and run Northerly a distance of 274.97 feet to the point of beginning.
