Law enforcement officers from across Walker County gathered at the Walker County Courthouse Square Wednesday afternoon for a special ceremony to honor law enforcement officers who died while in the line of duty. A wreath was laid on the monument at the courthouse square honoring fallen officers. Chief Deputy Matthew Wade of the Calhoun County Sheriff’s Department played bagpipes to open the ceremony, and Lt.
