Agnes Taylor Calvert, 87, of Jasper, passed away on Tuesday, June 5, 2012, at Ridgeview Health Care Center. Visitation will be from 5 to 7 p.m. today, June 7, 2012, at Kilgore-Green Funeral Home prior to services. Funeral services will be at 7 p.m. today, June 7, 2012, at Kilgore-Green Funeral Home. Burial will be at Mt. Joy Cemetery. Wayne Williams and Charles Underwood will officiate.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Elvie Verlon Calvert; father, James B. Taylor; mother, Sara Jane Taylor; brothers, Thurston and Mary Taylor, Verdis Taylor, and Vernon Taylor and Winnie Lee; and sisters, Hazel Nicholson and Ralph, Creacy Drummond and Wilford, and Pauline Richardson and Abb.

She is survived by her daughters, Reta Courington (Rick), Treva Cook (Allen) and Glenda Myhand (Randy); sons, Chris Calvert (Tonia) and Derrick Calvert (Brenda); grandchildren, Brandon Myhand (Christy), Dustin Myhand (Jacy), Ashley Myrick (Thad), Miranda Davis (Tim), Candra Cook (Van), Brittany Gilbert (J.J.), Courtney Calvert, Emily Calvert, Kyle Calvert and Matthew Calvert; and eight great-grandchildren.
