Barry Wayne “Trouble” Halbrook, 45, of Carbon Hill, passed away Monday, Nov. 25, 2013, at UAB Hospital in Birmingham.

Visitation will be today, Wednesday, Nov. 27, 2013, from noon until 1 p.m. for family and from 1 until 2 p.m. for friends at Pocahontas Freewill Baptist Church in Carbon Hill.

Funeral services will be today, Wednesday, Nov. 27, 2013, at 2 p.m. at Pocahontas Freewill Baptist Church with Randy Key officiating. Burial will be in Prospect Cemetery.

Barry was preceded in death by his grandparents, Preston and Sarah Bonner and Billy Joe and Myrtle Halbrook; one brother, Preston Lee Halbrook; and stepfather, Jim Taylor.

He is survived by his parents, Roger Halbrook and JoAnn Taylor; loving and caring wife, Doris Halbrook; three daughters, Kimberly (Matt) Lowery, Britney and Jeffery Williams, and Sherron Halbrook; one grandson, whom he loved dearly, Bentley Garrett; one brother, Larry (Heather) Halbrook; and a host of nieces, nephews, family and friends.
