The second annual candlelight vigil to remember and honor those who have fallen victim to crimes in Walker County will be held Tuesday night.

Adair and members of his staff braved the wind and cold on Saturday morning to see the progress of a memorial fountain as the dedication stones that surround the fountain were delivered and installed. Adair, whose father was a victim of violent crime, has made this and other efforts to remember victims a personal crusade.
