Mrs. Bobo has lived in the Jackson area since 1977. She was a member of Alta Woods United Methodist Church. She enjoyed gardening, her flower beds and reading her Bible. She retired from Mississippi College in 2007.
Survivors include her son, Robert Short and wife, Rhonda, of Brandon, Miss.; two grandsons, Preston and Mason; one sister, Cathy Aaron and husband, Al, of Jasper; and one brother, Tony Crawford and wife, Linda, of Gulf Shores.
