Funeral service will be held on Tuesday, May 17, 2011 at 3 p.m. in the New Horizon Memorial Chapel with burial following at Rice’s Chapel Cemetery. Rev. Otto Tolbert will officiate.
Visitation will be held today, May 16, 2011 from 6 to 8 p.m. at the funeral home.
He is survived by his wife, Francisca (Sissy) Owens; sons, Randall Owens and Frankie Owens; father, Don Owens; brothers, P.J. Clifton (Lisa) and David Clifton (Nikki); sisters, Emily Owens, Larissa Freeman, Carol Morrow, Barbara Gurganus (Dewayne) and Shirley Erwin (Steve); grandmother, Perley Mae Owens and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
