Funeral services will be held at 2:30 p.m. today, Nov. 7, 2012, at The Shekinah Glory House of Prayer Church with burial to follow at Ashbank Cemetery in Nauvoo. Virgil Cheshire will officiate.
He was preceded in death by his father, Earnest Walker; sister, Judy Walker; and grandparents, Mattie and George Walker, Nora and George Downey.
He is survived by his wife, Debra Walker; daughter, Jennie Blackwell (Cliff); grandchildren, Kyle and Natalee Blackwell; mother, Ruby Walker; brothers, Danny Gene Walker and James E. Walker; sister, Patricia Watts; and a host of other relatives and dear friends.
