The family will receive friends today, Jan. 25, 2013, at 6 p.m. at Collins-Burke Funeral Home in Jasper. Funeral services will be Saturday, Jan. 26, 2013, at 11 a.m. in the Collins-Burke Chapel with burial in Fairview Cemetery. Walter Hart will officiate. Collins-Burke Funeral Home will direct.
Mrs. Handley was preceded in death by her daughter, Karen Kay Handley; infant daughter; husband, Tommy Handley; mother, Lessie Johnsey; father, Robert Johnsey; and brothers, Franklin Johnsey and Robert Johnsey.
She is survived by her daughter, Tommie Handley Smith (Joseph E. Smith) of Hayden; son, Randal A. Handley Sr. (Donna R. Handley) of Sumiton; brother, Clarence Johnsey; five grandchildren; and 12 great-grandchildren.
Pallbearers will be Randal Handley Jr., Christopher Uptain, Patrick Hart, and Bryon Sharit Sr.
