Visitation was held at 5 p.m. on Tuesday, Oct. 23, 2012, at Collins-Burke Funeral Home Parlor prior to services. Funeral services were held at 6 p.m .on Tuesday, Oct. 23, 2012, at Collins-Burke Funeral Home Chapel. Burial followed at Ashbank Cemetery in Nauvoo. Joey Myers officiated.
He was preceded in death by mother, father, sisters and brothers.
He is survived by his wife, Betty Jo Busby of Carbon Hill; daughter, Myra Sanders of Nauvoo; sons, Joey Myers of Jasper, Terry Myers of Jasper and Tim Myers of Nauvoo; sisters, Pat Jones and Lou Mullins; brothers, Herbert Busby, Mitchell Busby, Jerry Busby and Howard Busby; eight grandchildren; and seven great-grandchildren.
