Jessie Elaine Williams, 89, of Sumiton, died on Sunday, Jan. 13, 2013, at her residence. Funeral services will be at 10:30 a.m. on Wednesday, Jan. 16, 2013, at Bell Sumiton Chapel with burial in Crestview Memorial Gardens. Visitation will be from 9:30 to 10:30 a.m. on Wednesday at the funeral home.

Preceding her in death were her husband, Avery Williams; daughter, Joyce Hodge; grandson, Lee Esco; and five brothers and sisters.

Survivors include her daughters, Gwen Martin and Sonia Parsons (Buck), both of Sumiton; grandchildren, Jimmy Esco of Montgomery, Byron Stevens of Sumiton and J.J. Hodge of Colorado; several great-grandchildren; and a host of relatives, other family, and friends.
