Lewis Edward ‘Rooster’ Boshell, 82, of Jasper, died Friday, June 15, 2012 at Veterans Hospital in Birmingham. Funeral services will be held at noon on Monday, June 18 at Collins-Burke Funeral Home with burial to follow in Boshell Cemetery in Townley. John E. Warren will officiate. Visitation will be today from 6 to 8 p.m. at the funeral home.
He was preceded in death by his father, Victor A. Boshell; mother, Lucille Tittle Boshell; wife, Carlon Mae Griffen Boshell; and brothers, Buel Wane Boshell and Ardell Boshell.
He is survived by his son, James Boshell; daughters, Sharon Boshell and Carlene Boshell; and three grandchildren.
