Linda Kay Sprinkle Key Davis, 63, of Carbon Hill, formerly of Fayette County, died Thursday, March 7, 2013 at Walker Baptist Medical Center in Jasper.

Funeral services will be today, March 10, 2013, at 2 p.m. at Eldridge United Methodist Church with visitation one hour prior to service. Burial will follow in Pleasant Grove Cemtery. John Mooney will officiate.

She was born on Oct. 2, 1949, in Walker County, a daughter of Otis Glaborn Sprinkle and Eleanor Eustice Sprinkle. She was previously employed at various garment plants and worked in the healthcare industry and at a restaurant; and she was a member of Eldridge United Methodist Church.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by two infant daughters, Christy Lynn Key and Melinda Ann Key; one great-grandson, Dexter Hayden Lee Dozier; and one brother, Tommy Glen Sprinkle.

Survivors include her husband, Bobby Dale Davis of Carbon Hill; three sons, Jimmy Key and his wife, Kim, of Bloomingdale, Ga., John Key and his wife, Michelle of Carbon Hill and Randall Davis and his wife, Lavonda of Nauvoo; three daughters, Deborah Brand and her husband, Mitch, of Haleyville, Tori Davis of Carbon Hill and Rhonda Davis of Mobile; 13 grandchildren; seven great-grandchildren; five sisters, Shelia Key and Margaret Miles, both of Winfield, Carrie Colburn of Eldridge, Gloria Taylor of Guin and Diane Dykes of West Virginia; four brothers, Donnie, Ronnie, Randy and Ricky Sprinkle, all of Guin; nieces, nephews and other relatives.

Active pallbearers will be Ronnie McGough, Cameron Roland, Lee Foster, Rodney Key, Jason Sprinkle and Mike Frailey.
