Mamie Tucker, 87, passed away on Sunday, Aug. 5, 2012, at her residence. A public viewing will be held from noon until 5 p.m. and from 7 until 8 p.m. for the family on Friday, Aug. 10, 2012, at Peaceful Rest Memorial Funeral Home. Funeral services will be at 1 p.m. on Saturday, Aug. 11, 2012, at Shiloh Baptist Church in Jasper. Elder Avery Pruett will officiate. Burial will follow at Gay Reed Cemetery and repass at the Loueda Smith Center.
