He is survived by his wife, Kristi Smith; son, Bradlee Smith; sister, Tonya Smith; grandmother, Gladys Tuggle; and grandfather, Joseph Tuggle.
Visitation will be held on Monday, March 4, 2013, from 11 a.m. until 12:30 p.m. at Bell Forestdale Chapel with graveside service to follow at 1 p.m. at Oak Grove Church of Christ Cemetery (Pumpkin Center).
