Visitation was held from 1 until 3:30 p.m. on Monday, March 4, 2013, at Collins-Burke Funeral Home Parlor. Funeral services were held at 3:30 p.m. on Monday, March 4, 2013, at Collins-Burke Funeral Home Chapel. Burial followed at Odom Memorial Cemetery in Parrish. J.D. Dickerson and Gene Grace officiated.
She was preceded in death by her father, John Brunner; mother, Alma Naramore O’Shield; husband, Johnny Bee Winchester; step-father, Eddie O’Shield; sister, Nell Smith; brother, Connie Brunner; sister-in-law, Nancy Brunner; and brothers-in-law, Vester Dale Kilgore and Larry Manasco.
She is survived by her daughters, Michelle Clifton (Phillip) of Parrish and Connie Carroll of Clarington, Ohio; sons, Mike Winchester of Parrish, Chris Winchester (Kim) of Parrish and Greg Aston (Tammy) of Parrish; sister, Sheila Manasco of Berry; brothers, Don Brunner of Parrish, Ray Brunner (Gail) of Bessemer and Roger O’Sheilds (Rebecca) of Jasper; sister-in-law, Louise Brunner; brother-in-law, Roy Smith; grandchildren, Tayler Winchester, Reid Winchester, Jessy Aston, Brad Gierhart, Matt Gierhart, Tiffany Scott, Stephanie Williams, Buck Ward and Kimberly Bassenett; nine great-grandchildren; and a host of nieces, great-nieces, nephews and great-nephews.
