Peggy J. Glenn, 79, of Jasper, passed away on Sunday, Aug. 5, 2012, at her residence. Visitation will be at 6 p.m. on Wednesday, Aug. 8, 2012, at Collins-Burke Funeral Home Parlor. Funeral services will be at 11 a.m. on Thursday, Aug. 9, 2012, at Collins-Burke Funeral Home Chapel. Burial will follow at Studdard’s Crossroads. Troy Tannihill and Robert Sparkman will officiate.

She was preceded in death by her father, Murlin Mason; mother, Ruby Mason; sister, Maxine Fancher; and brothers, James Mason, Thomas Mason, Kenneth Mason and Robert Mason.

She is survived by her husband, William J. Glenn of Jasper; daughter, Jeanne Rutledge (Steve) of Jasper; son, Robert Tidwell (Pat) of Vinemont; sisters, Linda McDonald (Eugene) of Carbon Hill and Charlene Emberg (David) of Carbon Hill; brothers, Arthur Mason (Barbara) of Many, La., Jerry Mason (Bea) of Lakeland, La., Allen Maon of Carbon Hill and Terry Mason (Katherine) of Carbon Hill; and grandchildren, Cheri Terry and Robert Parker Tidwell.
