Visitation will be from 6 to 8 p.m. today, June 21, 2012, at Collins-Burke Funeral Home Parlor. Funeral services will be at 11 a.m. on Friday, June 22, 2012, at Collins-Burke Funeral Home Chapel. Burial will follow at Ashbank Cemetery in Nauvoo. Ken Norris will officiate.
He was preceded in death by his mother, Gaynelle Harper.
He is survived by his father, Hayse Harper; daughter, Rachel Harper; brothers, Donnie Harper and Joey Harper; and one grandchild.
