Jackson announced in late February that he would be in Cordova on April 27, the two-year anniversary of the tornadoes, for a one-day bike ride.
As many as 1,500 cyclists are expected to participate in the event.
There will be two routes — a 20-mile ride and a 60-mile ride. The registration fees are $40 and $60, respectively.
The ride will pass through several surrounding cities, including Jasper.
Proceeds will benefit the Governor's Emergency Relief Fund, which was set up to help victims of the April 2011 tornado outbreak.
To date, Bo Bikes Bama has raised $614,469 for the cause, according to the website.
The goal for last year’s ride, which spanned five days and 300 miles, was $1 million.
Lance Armstrong, Ken Griffey Jr. and Scottie Pippen were among the celebrities who joined Jackson for the 2012 ride, and Jackson has promised more big names will be participating this year.
