The family will receive friends on Friday, Jan. 4, 2013, from noon until 1 p.m. at Collins-Burke Funeral Home. Funeral services will be held on Friday, Jan. 4, 2013, at 1 p.m. in the Collins-Burke Chapel, with burial at Edgil Grove Cemetery.
Honorary pallbearers will be Garrett Pittman, Jimmie Lee, Greg Corlus, Jordon Blackwell and Kenneth Amerson.
Mrs. Chambers was preceded in death by a host of family and friends.
She is survived by her daughter, Dianne C. Pittman of Marbury; son, Larry Chambers of Jasper; sister, Gaye Freeman of Jasper; brothers, Norman Kilgore, Billy Kilgore and Walter Kilgore, all of Jasper; granddaughters, Tracy Pittman of Calera, Dana Pittman of Marbury and Lauren Chambers of Jasper; and five great-grandchildren.
