The family will receive friends Wednesday, April 9, 2014, from 6 until 8 p.m. at Gassett Funeral Home in Wetumpka, and Thursday, April 10, 2014, from 1 until 2 p.m. at First Baptist Church of Wetumpka.
Funeral services will be Thursday, April 10, 2014, at 2 p.m. at First Baptist Church of Wetumpka, with Dr. James Troglen officiating. Interment with U.S. Air Force Honors will follow at Pine View Memorial Gardens.
Madison was preceded in death by his son, Samuel F. Madison II.
He is survived by his wife of 62 years, Wilma Louise “Lou” Madison; daughter, Enola Gail Gore; and a host of other family members and friends.
