Funeral services for Mr. Stanley Wayne Brown, 60, of McCalla will be Saturday, June 16, 2012, at 2 p.m. at Bessemer Brown Service Funeral Home with burial in the Hickman Chapel Cemetery in Green Pond. Bro. Greg Brock and Bro. David Mcintyre will officiate the services. The family will receive friends at the funeral home one hour prior to services.

Mr. Brown was a member of the Bessemer Independent Church of God. He was retired from Commercial Hauling Trucking Company and was a truck driver for 35 years.

Mr. Brown is survived by his wife, Sue Brown of McCalla; son, Brandon Brown of Laurel, Miss.; step-sons, Greg (Jeannie) Brock of Columbiana and Jeff Burnette of Birmingham; daughter, Chassity Brown (Jay) Brister of Crystal Springs, Miss.; step-daughters, Charlene (Brad) Tucker of Columbiana and Cathy (Allen) Cousins of Shelby; eight grandchildren; one great-grandchild; brothers, Johnny Mack Brown of Hamilton and Kenny Brown of Parrish; sisters, Judy Ford of Cordova and Tracy (Allan) Olge of Curry; special nephew; Eli Wideman; and a host of other loving family and friends.
