The family will receive friends on Friday, Dec. 28, 2012, from 6 p.m. until 8 p.m. at Collins-Burke Funeral Home in Jasper.
Funeral services will be held on Saturday, Dec. 29, 2012, at 1 p.m. in the Collins-Burke Chapel with burial at Oak Hill Cemetery. Caroll Smith and Haskel Tinker will officiate.
Mrs. Niver was preceded in death by her father, Lecil Oswalt; and grandparents, Roscoe and Thelma Oswalt, and Vester and Pearlie Kilgore.
She is survived by her husband, John Niver; mother, Edna Manuel; step-father, Billy W. Manuel; son, Nathan Burrell; sister, Shannon Key; and five grandchildren.
Pallbearers will be Cody Key, Tyrone Key, Chris Kilgore, Mark Niver, Rusty Niver, and Lynn Oswalt.
