Ellen Juanell Watson Plyler, 81, of Sumiton, passed away at her home from complications of parkinson's disease.
She was proceeded in death by her parents, Lloyd and Colema Watson.
She is survived by her husband, Leo B.; four children, Joycelyn (Larry) Manning, Lejuana (Rod) Himes, Lonell (Angee) Plyler and JaLea (Max) Corte; 10 grandchildren; 22 great-grandchildren; two younger sisters, Loydean Herren and Caneta Mauldin; and several nieces and nephews.
A memorial service will be held Saturday, Nov. 17, 2018, at New Horizon Memorial Funeral Home in Dora, with visitation before and after the 10 a.m. service.
In lieu of flowers, the family suggests donations be made to the charity of your choice.
