The return of the Jasper Men’s Chorale in 2016 after a 20-year absence in Jasper was well received by everyone, according to all accounts. No one enjoyed the return more than the men themselves, so the chorale decided to do another Christmas Show in 2017. The men have been practicing since March on this year’s show, “The Christmas of a Lifetime.” As usual their show is expected to be full of humorous surprises, but, more importantly, beautiful music to start the Christmas season. There will be two performances, one Friday and one Saturday at 7 p.m. each night at Jasper High School’s Pam Brown Theater. General admission tickets, which are $12 each, are available for sale from chorale members, or at First Bank of Jasper, Bank of Walker County and Pinnacle Bank. Tickets will also be available for sale at the door. For those who might be interested in preferential reserved seating as a sponsor or associate member, you can call Pat Nelson at 205-221-7740.
