Dr. Christopher Shane Phillips, 35, of Cordova, passed away Sunday, Jan. 9, 2011, at his residence. He was a dentist and co-owner of Warrior Family Dentistry. Graveside services will be Thursday, Jan. 13, 2011, at 2 p.m. in New Horizon Memorial Gardens. There will be no visitation. The Rev. Preston Headrick will officiate.

He was preceded in death by his mother, Jan Phillips; and grandparents, John A. “Nub” and Laverne Phillips.

He is survived by his father, Wayne Phillips of Cordova; brother, Kenny and wife Lisa Phillips of Cordova; nephews, John and Caleb Phillips; niece, Lindsey Henderson. You may sign our guest book or leave private condolences at www.newhorizonmemorial.com.
