She was preceded in death by her husband, Lucian Woods; daughter, Mary Ellen Woods; son, Truman Woods; father, Walter Hardin; and mother, Hattie Harris Hardin.
She is survived by her daughters, Helen Key of Oakman and Betty Banks of Oakman; grandchildren, Dennis Woods, Michael Woods, Jill Smith and Amy Fader; nine great-grandchildren; and three great-great grandchildren.
Pallbearers will be Larry Banks, Dennis Woods, Jeff Smith, Wesley Smith and Jonathan Smith.
