Funeral services will be on Saturday, June 18, 2011, at 2 p.m. in New Horizon Memorial Chapel. Burial will follow at Dilworth Church of God Cemetery. The Rev. Wayne Ferguson will officiate. He is survived by his wife, Helen Dye Wash; daughter, Katy Vaughn; brothers, William Wash and wife, Carol, Elmer Wash Jr. and wife, Mary, and John Wash; and several nieces and nephews.
