She was preceded in death by her parents, James C. and Lillian Key; sisters, Betty June Gurganus of Cordova and Mary Ann Johnston of Tennessee; and brothers, J.B. Key of Parrish and Frank W. Key of Parrish.
She is survived by her children, Shelby Jent (Hugh) of Jasper and Barbara Appling (Roger) of Jasper; one grandson, Johnathan Appling of Jasper; sisters, Florence Fetters of Indiana, Edna Sue Buckolsky of California and Billie Green of Tennessee; brothers, Bois Key of Cordova, Walter Key of Birmingham and Bobby Key of Parrish.
Visitation will be today, June 22, 2011, at Kilgore-Green Funeral Chapel from noon until 2 p.m. followed by funeral services at 2 p.m. Burial will follow at Oak Hill Cemetery in Jasper.
