Patricia Ann Richardson, 62, of Carbon Hill, passed away on Monday, Aug. 8, 2011, at UAB Hospital in Birmingham. Funeral services will be at noon on Thursday, Aug. 11, 2011, at Abundant Life Ministries. Burial will follow at Old Prospect Methodist Cemetery in Nauvoo. Bro. E.J. Lowery will officiate. Visitation will be from 10 a.m. until noon on Thursday, at Abundant Life Ministries prior to services.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Carl Richardson Jr.; mother, Mary Louise Wright; father, William (Hoover) Andy Wright; and birth father, Merlin Nix.

She is survived by her daughter, Miranda Richardson Thursby and Chris Amerson; son, Jason Carl Richardson and Paula Richardson, grandchildren, Savannah Nicole Richardson and Jadyn Cheyanne Richardson; a host of nieces; a nephew; and special cousin (brother) Rodney Vaughn.
