He was preceded in death by his father, Newton Jones; brothers, Jesse Earnest and Bill Kilgore; mother-in-law, Ann Justice; and father-in-law, Mack Justice.
He is survived by his wife, Kathryn Jones; mother, Arline Jones; son, Wayne Jones; sister, Judy Williams (Dale); granddaughter, Madison Welch; grandsons, Michael Jones, Zackery Jones and Logan Jones; and granddaughter, Katie Jones.
