Jeromy Alan Borden, 21, of Jasper died Wednesday, Sept. 7, 2011, at Walker Baptist Medical Center. Funeral services will be at 2 p.m. on Sunday, Sept. 11, 2011, in the Collins Burke Funeral Home Chapel. Burial will follow at the New Hope Cemetery in Jasper. The Rev. Jerry Burton and the Rev. Mike Chandler will officiate. Visitation will be at 6 p.m. today, Sept. 10, in the Collins Burke Funeral Home Parlor.

Borden was preceded in death by his father, Tommy Ray Borden Jr.; grandfathers, James Michael Knight and Paul Cunningham.

He is survived by his mother, Patricia “Micki” Bridges of Jasper; stepfather, Dayron Bridges of Jasper; sister, Madison Jade Bridges of Jasper; aunts, Shea Catherine Knight Williams, Tina Lee Knight Cork (Leonard Clyde Cork II), Jane Addison Merrill, Barbara Banks, Tammie Manasco and Pamela Payne; uncle, James Wesley Borden; grandparents, Patricia Millis Cunningham of Sumiton, Susan and Dewey Abbott of Jasper, Dwight and Jewel Bridges of Jasper and Tommy Ray Borden Sr. of Cordova; cousins, Dustan Abbott, Whitney Abbott, Katelyn Merrill, Jamie Merrill, Elyssa Cork, Ryan Williams, Leland Williams, Blake Williams, Adam Holbrook, Britney Manasco, Kailyn Manasco, Jocelyn Manasco, Raven Manasco and Kiara Anderson.
