He was a member of Harvest Time Worship Center Church, a U.S. Army veteran and retired from Timberjack Mfg. He was a loving husband and father.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Red and Annie Mae Cooper and brother and sister-in-law, Joe and Alice Cooper.
He is survived by his wife of 47 years, Diane Cooper; children, James Paul (Rebecca) Cooper, Keith (Dana) Cooper and Renae (Bobby) Guyton; his other daughter, ‘Little girl’; grandchildren, Amanda, Anthony, Lee, Jordan, Chelsy, Matthew, Alex and Brody; great-grandson, Jesse; brothers, William Cooper, Carl (Mary Ellen) Cooper and Curry (Fran) Cooper; sister, Louise Skinner and several nieces, nephews and a host of friends.
