He was preceded in death by his parents, Dewey and Stella Fuller; brother, Dewey Fuller Jr.; and sister, Inez Williams.

He is survived by his wife, Dorothy Fuller of Texas City, Texas; sons, Raleigh Fuller (Angela) of Graysville and David Fuller of Trafford; daughters, Danielle Mauldin (Barry) of Jasper, Martha Marlin (Michael) of Houston and Suzanne Curry (Daniel) of Texas City, Texas; sister, Lorene McCurry of Warrior; and a host of grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
