She was a homemaker and was a member of Pleasant Hill Freewill Baptist Church in Sipsey.
Funeral services will be Wednesday, Jan. 18, 2012, at 2 p.m. in the New Horizon Memorial Chapel. Rev. Rick Moon and Rev. Josh Hogeland will officiate. Burial will follow at Walker Memory Gardens in Jasper. Visitation is Tuesday from 6 to 8 p.m. at the funeral home.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Oscar Monroe and Mary Pike Graves; her brother, Billy Graves and grandson, Garrett Cole Madison.
Survivors include her husband of 44 years, Larry Quinn of Sipsey; daughter, Sherry Landrum and husband, Jon David, of Jasper; four grandchildren, Baileigh Shadinger (Landon) of Curry, Nicholas Davis of Sipsey, McKinnley Davis of Bremen and Jon Brayden Landrum of Jasper; sister, Elaine Graves of Dora; brothers, Jerry Graves (Mavis) of Alabaster, Marvin Graves of Thomasville, Arthur Graves (Rosetta) of Quinton and Frank Graves (Bonnie) of Kilpatrick, Miss.; brothers in law, Terry Quinn (Sandy) of Graysville and Roger Quinn (Patricia) of Pelham; several nieces, nephews and a host of friends.
