Visitation will be from noon until 2 p.m. on Wednesday, June 27, 2012, at Eastside Baptist Church prior to services. Funeral services will be at 2 p.m. on Wednesday, June 27, 2012, at Eastside Baptist Church. Burial will follow at Dilworth Cemetery in Empire. J.L. Bailey will officiate.
He was preceded in death by his daughter, Margaret Denise Cooper; brothers, Jimmy Cooper, Troy Cooper and Ricky Cooper; father, Hulon Cooper; and mother, Grace Blackmon Cooper.
He is survived by his wife, Bernice K. Cooper of Jasper; sons, Michael E. Cooper and Jackie Ray Cooper, both of Jasper; sister; Barbara Ann Little of Prattville; brother-in-law, Jamie Little of Prattville; sister, Diane Mason of Dora; brother-in-law, Tim Mason of Dora; brothers, Russell, Hulon Jr., Al, Johnny, Jackie and Tommie; and grandchildren, Candace K. Cooper, Ashley Nicole Cooper, Regina L. Cooper, Joseph A. Cooper and Emily D. Cooper.
