Visitation will be from 5 to 8 p.m. today, Aug. 8, 2012, at Collins-Burke Funeral Home Parlor. Funeral services will be at 9:30 a.m. on Thursday, Aug. 9, 2012, at Collins-Burke Funeral Home Chapel. Burial will follow at Old Zion Cemetery in Nauvoo. Charles Harbison will officiate.
He was preceded in death by his brothers, Jim Duncan and Herman Duncan; and parents, Floyd, Sudie Mae and Ginny Duncan.
He is survived by his wife, Loretta Duncan; daughters, Paula Tyler (David) and Penny Hill Pate (Shannon); son, Phillip D. Hill (Ann); sisters, Agnes Norris and Juanita Cagle; grandchildren, Cynthia Ward, Stephen Ward, Kayla Pate, Angel Pate, Cameron Hill, Michael McGough, Krysta Tidwell and Macey Marie Hobson; great-grandchild, Sydney McGough; and host of nieces, nephews and many friends.
