Visitation will be from 10 until 11 a.m. on Saturday, Sept. 15, 2012, at Collins-Burke Funeral Home Parlor prior to services. Funeral services will be at 11 a.m. on Saturday at Collins-Burke Funeral Home Chapel. Burial will follow at Walker Memory Gardens. Levi Sides will officiate.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Walter Fenton and Lilly Bly; husbands, Gaylon Fisher, Cecil Panter and Tony Vallejo; daughter, Frances Lanier Panter; and sisters, Audry Gosa and Charlene Bly.
She is survived by her sons, Bly (Casey) Panter, Jerry (Phyllis) Fisher and Roy (Lynn) Panter; sister, Wilma Sullins; brothers, Columbus (Pat) Bly, and Clarence (Wanda) Bly; caregivers, Deborah Dickerson, Linda Odom and Priscilla Light; eight grandchildren; and 11 great-grandchildren.
