REMLAP — Addison avoided its first 0-3 start to the season since 2008 Friday night by earning a sound 48-0 victory over newly established program Southeastern.

The Bulldogs piled on the points early, leading 28-0 after the first quarter.

Landon Robinson got the scoring started on a 2-yard run after recovering a bad snap. After forcing Southeastern to punt, Jesse Seals returned it 62-yards for another Bulldog touchdown. Robinson was also credited with two more touchdowns in the first, both of which were 1-yard runs. He also had a 1-yard run score in the second half.

Quarterbacks Jed Cross and John Everett went a combined 7-of-9 on the night, including two touchdowns. Both of Everett’s came in the second half. Robinson caught one for 16 yards, while Devin Marlin caught one for 33-yards.

Addison returns home Friday to host Shades Mountain Christian in another Class 1A, Region 6 contest.
