David Austin Shaw, 56, of Jasper, passed away on Thursday, Sept. 27, 2012, at his residence. Visitation will be from 2 until 3:30 p.m. on Sunday, Sept. 30, 2012, at Collins-Burke Funeral Home Parlor prior to services. Funeral services will be held at 3:30 p.m. at Collins-Burke Funeral Home Chapel. Burial will follow at Boldo Cemetery. David Bishop and Don Graham will officiate.

He was preceded in death by his wife, Pamela Chappell Shaw; and grandparents, Lois and Jack O’Rear, and Eveline and J.W. Shaw.

He is survived by his mother, June O’Rear Shaw; father, J.W. Shaw; daughters, Charity Faith Shaw and Gabrielle Shaw; son, Taylor Shaw; and sisters, Carol Catrett (Tim) and Susan Agee (Joe).
