Visitation will be from 5 until 7 p.m. today, Oct. 1, 2012, in the parlor at the Collins-Burke Funeral Home in Jasper. Funeral services will be at 7 p.m. today, Oct. 1, in the Collins-Burke Funeral Home Chapel. A graveside service will be at 11 a.m. Tuesday, Oct. 2, in Oak Hill Cemetery in Jasper. Mackie Watts will officiate.
She was preceded in death by her father, Marcell Robinson; mother, Julie Ledbetter Robinson; husband, James Field Samples; and a host of sisters and brothers.
She is survived by her son, Troy Saavedra (Katherine) Samples of Jasper; sister, Sue Bell of Waco, Ga.; grandchildren, Miles Samples and Paige Westphal; and great-grandchild, Taylor Westphal.
Pallbearers will be Miles Samples, Lee Westphal, Christopher Frost, Brett Robinson, Ricky Bell, and Richard Bell.
