Ionee LaNoah Haney, 89, of Jasper, passed away on Wednesday, Oct. 17, 2012, at Ridgewood Health Care Center in Jasper.

Funeral services will be at 2 p.m. Saturday, Oct. 20, 2012, at Kilgore-Green Chapel. Visitation will be from 1 until 2 p.m. at the funeral home with burial to follow at Walker Memory Gardens.

Roy Linn Hitt will officiate.

Ionee dedicated her life to Jesus as a young teenager. She was married to Adril Haney, a pastor in the Church of God of Prophecy. She worked tirelessly as a minister’s wife which included living in eight or more states. After graduating from Tomlinson College in Cleveland, Tenn., she often served as co-evangelist with her husband.

Ionee is survived by her daughters, Nedra Gay Allen and Sundra Haney; grandchildren, Joseph Vitro, Erik Smith, and Crystal Jaramillo; four great-grandchildren; one great-great-grandchild; sister, Sybil Mays; and brother, Ken Howell.
