Funeral services will be Wednesday, Oct. 24, 2012, at 2 p.m. in the Kilgore-Green Chapel in Jasper. Burial will follow in the Union Chapel United Methodist Cemetery.
Visitation will be Tuesday, Oct. 23, 2012, from 6 until 8 p.m. at Kilgore-Green Funeral Home.
He was preceded in death by his wife, Brenda Lawson; father, Junior Lawson; and brother-in-law, Robert Foust.
He is survived by his wife, Pam Lawson of Jasper; sons, Dave Lawson and his wife, Valarie of Cordova and Brian Lawson of Louisiana; mother, Rachael Lawson of Cordova; sisters, Diane Foust of Jasper and June Stacks and her husband, Howard of Pennsylvania; grandchildren, Hannah and Marissa Lawson; special cousin, Mike Whitt and his wife, Vicki; and a host of other relatives and friends.
