Mrs. Parker was preceded in death by her father, Luther Howard Parker; mother, Gracie M.L. Kilgore Parker; brothers, Silas Parker, Robert Parker and Jerry Parker; and sister, Shirley Geeslin.
She is survived by her daughters, Tracey Dockins and Shelley Waid; sisters, Jo Stovall, Faye Key and Dorothy Dill; brother, James H. Parker; and grandchildren, Dalton Dockins and Shalayiah Waid.
