Ronald Earl “Ronnie” Wilson, 56, of Tuscaloosa, died Friday, Oct. 26, 2012 at his residence. He enjoyed a fulfilling and productive life in everything he did. He had many different types of jobs and always performed at the top of the class. From building houses to auto sales, he always excelled. He enjoyed off-road trucking in his younger days and golf later. His health problems forced his retirement. His final years were spent with his loving son and daughter-in-law.

Visitation will be Tuesday, Oct. 30, 2012, from noon to 1:30 p.m. at the Collins-Burke Funeral Home parlor. Graveside funeral services will be held Tuesday, Oct. 30, 2012, at 2 p.m. at Bennett Cemetery. Bill Martin will officiate.

He was preceded in death by his father, Robert Earl Wilson; daughters, Sara Jane Wilson and Lindsey Marie Wilson; and sister, Donna Jo Booth.

He is survived by his son, Sidney (Autumn) Wilson of Tuscaloosa; mother, Eva Gwendolyn Whitfield Hays of Jasper; brother, Don (Sheila) Wilson of Waveland, Miss.; nieces, Stacie Wilson and Suzanne Stempihar of Greer S.C.; nephews, Christopher Booth of Tuscaloosa and Bryant and Jarrod Wilson of Waveland, Miss.; and a host of aunts, uncles and cousins.
