She is survived by her mother, Georgia Nell McClain of Carbon Hill; son, David Gunter of Jasper; sister, Jeanette Missel of Pensacola, Fla.; brother, Clayton Mathews of Fayette; and grandchildren, Kaydee Gunter and Xander Gunter.
