Funeral services will be held on Thursday, Nov. 15, 2012, at 2 p.m. in the New Horizon Memorial Chapel. Burial will follow in Shanghi Cemetery. Visitation is today, Nov. 14, 2012, from 5:30 from 8 p.m. at the funeral home.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Arvil Harper Jr.; her father, Thurman Cooper; mother, Ivy Lee Johnson; and brothers, Andy Lambert and Dale Johnson.
Survivors include her daughters, Leslie Cagle (Carl) of Quinton and Jamie Hookey (Lonnie) of Oakman; grandchildren, Ashley and Alex Cagle, Samantha and Leanna Harper, Malorie Green and Chad Cagle; sisters, Faye Hughes of Columbiana, Carolyn Sexton of Cordova, Teresa Brown of Pleasant Grove and Gayle Johnson of Reform; brothers, Bobby Cooper of Forestdale, Gene Cooper of Birmingham and Wayne Cooper of Jasper; and several nieces and nephews.
