Visitation will be, today, Wednesday, Dec. 26, 2012, at 6 p.m. at Collins-Burke Funeral Home in Jasper.
A graveside service will be, Thursday, Dec. 27, 2012, at 11 a.m. in the Crossroads Church of Christ Cemetery.
He was preceded in death by his sister, Destiny Love Meadows; aunt, Kristy Michelle Meadows; and great-grandad, Kenneth Meadows.
He is survived by his mother and step-father, Lisa Benton Vandergrift (Eric); father and step-mother, Kary Meadows (Amanda); aunt, Gina Bean; sisters, Nakota Bishop and Diana Kary Bishop; brothers, John Kary Meadows and Justin Mills; best friend, Chad Kase; grandparents, John and Sandra Meadows, Jim Benton, and Johnny Murray; and great-grandmother, Annie Lois Meadows.
